  • Kasey Rose

    500 Hour Experienced Yoga Teacher

After years of manual labor, Kasey Rose faced chronic pain—arthritis, a frozen shoulder, hip aches, and 30 years of low back pain—that impacted her daily life and sleep. Determined to find relief, she explored yoga, visited healthcare professionals, and followed their advice, but nothing seemed to address the root causes.

Kasey then discovered biomechanics, which examines how the body responds to movement. She realized that her posture, footwear, and movement habits were contributing to her pain. By adjusting these, she experienced dramatic improvements—her back pain diminished, her arthritis eased, and she regained activities she thought were lost. This transformation inspired her to share her knowledge and help others.

Her motto, "Exercise Less, Move More," reflects her new approach to health, emphasizing efficient, mindful movement. Kasey now lives in New Meadows with her husband, two kids, a dog, and the local wildlife.

  • Raelene McDonough

200 Hour Registered Yoga and Meditation Teacher

Raelene graduated from Sage Yoga in Boise RYT 200hr and Radiant Sutras Meditation 200hr.

She enjoys teaching slower flows of yoga as well as teaching Yin, Restorative, and Nidra. Incorporating the breath with each movement and pose, moves energy throughout the body to allow you to quiet your thoughts and remove energy blockages. She characterizes her style as Heart Centered Yoga by opening the heart space and guiding others to live a life of compassion and love for self and others.

“When we look within we see the true beauty of how we were created and also the beauty of the peaks and valleys experienced in our lives to provide growth in our own being.”
