Ecstatic Dance
with Ashaya
Friday, January 30
Friday, February 27
6:00 - 8:00 PM
Ecstatic Dance is a guided yet spacious space for free movement, embodied expression, and nervous system release. We begin and end in circle, with the dance unfolding as a wave—slow, energising, and returning to stillness.
Movement is led by music, with optional prompts and no choreography. All expressions are welcome: solo, partnered (with clear consent), stillness, or rest. An altar space offers art, reflection, and grounding throughout.
This is a barefoot, substance-free, non-verbal space rooted in respect and presence.
Come move what words cannot.
Leave feeling connected, regulated, and alive

Full Moon Ceremony & Sound Bath
with Tara and Lindsey
Sunday, February 1
5:00 - 6:30 PM
Join us for a Full Moon Sound Bath on February 1, a mostly sound-based experience designed to calm the nervous system and create space for deep release and integration. We’ll open and close with a gentle, intentional ceremony, while the majority of the experience is spent resting in uninterrupted sound. This full moon highlights themes of authentic self-expression, emotional release, and stepping more fully into your truth, inviting you to let go of self-doubt, old patterns, and anything that no longer aligns with who you’re becoming. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the vibrations to support clarity, grounding, and inner alignment.

with Gwen and Aurora
Sunday, February 8
5:00 - 7:00 pm
Escape the everyday and step into a unique sound journey!
Imagine the cozy, communal peace of a campfire nestled deep within a whispering forest. Now, infuse that primal comfort with the subtle, profound vibrations of Solfeggio frequencies – tuning forks for your soul.
Join us for an immersive sonic experience where the crackle of a virtual hearth and the rich tapestry of nature sounds will gently lull you into a state of deep relaxation and connection. This isn't your typical campfire; it's an internal landscape, a virtual hearth designed to help you shed stress, reconnect with your inner stillness, and simply be among friends.

Lunar New Year Yogic Ceremony
with Tara
Tuesday, February 17
6:30 - 7:45 pm
This ceremony will blend gentle, energetic movement with ritual and reflection. We will honor the transition from the Year of the Snake, a time of shedding old skins, inner healing, and deep wisdom, into the Year of the Horse, which carries themes of freedom, momentum, and heart-led movement forward.
Through mindful flow, breath, and a simple ceremony, we’ll release what no longer serves and embody the energy of clarity, courage, and aligned action. This is a grounding yet uplifting practice designed to help you move into the new lunar year feeling clear, supported, and connected to your inner direction.
Bring a journal if you have one. If not, paper and pens will be provided.

Family Yoga
with Ashaya
Sunday, February 22
3:00 - 4:30 pm
Family Yoga is a playful, creative space for caregivers and children to move, imagine, and connect together. Each class begins in circle, followed by group yoga play with simple poses, games, and laughter that support coordination and co-regulation.
We then flow into storytime yoga, blending movement, breath, and imagination, followed by a creative activity for self-expression. The class closes with open art and yoga stations for gentle decompression, where families explore at their own pace.
This is a space for connection over perfection. Children are free to be exactly as they are, and caregivers are invited to slow down and participate alongside them. There are no expectations—just presence, attunement, and shared experience.
All ages and stages are welcome.
$20 for one child +$10 per additional child

• Learn some basic yoga asana poses and how to best benefit from them.
• Understand how teachers will sequence the flow of a class.
• Practice the breathing technique teachers often prompt.
• Find or refine your comfortable meditation position.
• Learn some meditation basics.
• Learn about foundational yoga ethics.
Join us for personalized attention so you can confidently attend any yoga class or gain support for your personal home practice.
Since our teaching styles are very different, we make a good team to help prepare you for any class.
We hope you can attend all three sessions to get the most attention and support. Drop-ins are welcome if you can only make it to one or two of the classes.
