Panic to Power- Nervous System Regulation Program
Are feelings of stress and anxiety affecting your wellbeing? When your nervous system is out of balance, it can feel like panic is controlling your life. The Panic to Power program consists of six 90-minute sessions where you work one-on-one with certified yoga and meditation teacher, Tara Seubert, to build a toolbox of mindfulness practices to regulate your nervous system and reclaim your inner strength. This is a safe and supportive space for you to look within, and learn practical tools that will always be on hand when you need them.
